CURB SIDE DELIVERY
Quadko only provides curb side delivery and is not responsible for unpacking and placing your furniture piece in your home or office. Quadko is also not responsible for dispensing away with the debris of unpacking.
Should you require assistance in your furniture placement, please let Quadko know at the time of placing your order, Quadko can offer extra labour at an additional cost to the standard delivery charges mentioned for your product.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate address details for delivery. Quadko shall not be responsible for any delays in the shipping of the ordered and purchased product, misplacement of the product or the incorrect delivery of the product if it is due to the fault of the customer or due to inaccurate or false information being provided by the customer.
DELIVERY DATES
Most orders placed on our website are fulfilled within 8-12 weeks unless otherwise posted on the respective product page. All furniture is inspected prior to shipping, staging and release. Shipping methods and providers are carefully curated to ensure you receive the best service and experience possible. “Ship-out” times posted on product pages represent accurate and reasonable estimates with consideration to these commodities, their size, weight and packaging design. The shipping process is contingent on providers' availability and logistical resources, delays may occur and some services may not be available in all areas.
DAMAGED DELIVERY
In the event that you get a shipment with damages on the outside, make a note and a picture of it with the driver and let us know. If any item is damaged, contact customer service and they will provide a way forward.
Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and elevators in their original packaging before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the Product Information on our website.
Once furniture is delivered, there is no return policy or exchange policy. If any delivered furniture has defects, Customer Service will assist in repairs or exchanges. Customers cannot change their mind upon delivery.
