Quadko Studios began as a design house to promote local talent and skills. Our body of work is focused on materiality, appreciation of local crafts and contemporary design. The juxtaposition of these cores form the basis of our unique design language.
Our current areas of work are on product design, furniture design, interior design and architecture. However the focus in each is to question the existing design languages that have become mundane in everyday design.
The mix of these opposing philosophies is at the centre of the Studio’s core, as the co-founders bring a varying mix of experience, ranging from the refined aesthetics of architecture and interior design to the practicalities of project management.
As is often said, beauty isn’t in the black and white, rather its abundant in the greys.
